Leah Meryl Harmon

Leah Meryl Harmon was born in Boston Massachusetts. She attended Berklee Collage of Music, and The University of Massachusetts Boston, earning her BA with a concentration in poetry and a minor in art history. She currently lives in the Boston area where she has taught poetry and essay workshops to high school students. She has written two self published chapbooks, Portraits, and In The Wells, poems from which have appeared in Belleville Park Pages, Soul-Lit, Poetic Mindset as well as the Cold River Review among other places. In summer, 2013 she released, wrote and produced an album of original songs titled Bound To Nothing. Available on I-Tunes. She is currently at work on her next chapbook titled The Retouching of the Losses, as well as her second album. In May of this year she will be reading at the Mass Poetry Festival in Salem, Mass. She also read there in the 2014 festival last May.
