Colin Killick

Colin Killick is a poet and disability rights activist based in Somerville, MA, where he chairs the Commission for Persons with Disabilities. He previously produced Capable Somerville 2014, an event bringing together disability rights activists and disabled poets from across New England for an evening of performance and discussion. His work has been published in Freezeray and Oddball Magazine, and he is the author of the chapbook Attack of the 50 Foot Poet. He has appeared as a featured poet at If You Can Feel it, You Can Speak it, The Lizard Lounge, MassArt, GotPoetry Live, and The Parlor Cafe. In his day job, he works as a community organizer and policy researcher at the Disability Policy Consortium in Malden, MA.
